Are you Positive or Negative?
heart 13 p_edited b_edited-1

Check your spirit’s temperature.

  • Negative thoughts are caused by the inner debate about self-esteem, security, money, people, life in general
  • Negative feelings can go from anger, frustration, irritability, to even anxiety and depression
  • Negativity breeds more negativity and goes on a witch hunt for more to collect to the end of your imprisonment
  • Constant hammering thoughts about others and yourself day by day WILL take its toll and you could lose yourself
  • It’s a waste of time- not one single benefit of thinking negatively – SO THINK POSITIVE
  • Be aware of your thoughts and think why
  • Make a list of things about yourself to make changes; go on you can do it
  • Find a path to forgiveness of the past or it will kill your present
  • Negativity produces toxic waste in our emotions, body, psyche and spirit
  • Stop and consider your thoughts and stop the negativity. Practice making that change.
  •  Surround yourself with positive people and positive situations.
  • You don’t have to be negative because someone else is living a negative vibe.
  • Watch your perspective/attitude
  • Be kind
  • Look for the Positive
  • Go for a walk or run to release the brain chemicals to enhance an overall good feeling
  • Meditate
  • Relax
  • Have a gratitude Spirit
  • Banish Self Pity
  • You deserve the best life; see what great qualities you have and nurture them

I will go so far as to say that negativity and negative thoughts can be  dangerous to your health!

Toxic Waste

of unwanted thoughts,
trauma and perspiration
questions and visions
what ifs?
why not?
how come?
ralley to threaten
trance rapid
intense head pain,
enemy within
tentataclous spectrum
tell tale
i will let you down
and make you cry,
and counting
10, 9, 8 ….

Day of Tragedy

It’s late Friday Night and my second lot of company has left.

I am at a loss of what to say except to realize that our world needs more love; more peace; more kindness.

I worked for the better part of today and then we had unexpected company;  So I was late hearing the news of the tragedy in Newtown.  A man opened fire Friday/today inside two classrooms at Sandy  Hook Elementary School.

By mid-morning break at the Sandy Hook Elementary School, a reported 20 children and seven adults – including the alleged gunman – were also dead, pointlessly killed as they went about their peaceful business of teaching and being taught.

As a world, all we are left with are chilling pictures of frightened
school children clutching each other in a line, weeping in fear and in horror at what they have just witnessed.

Naturally, like you, my heart is broken.  The tragedy and enormous loss of these beautiful people who died at the hands of another is devastating to the world.  The immense tragedy, the unthinkable evil happened and now the parents, family, neighbors try to pick up the pieces.  I can only imagine the enormous loss and emptiness, life will never be the same and fun and laughter is the furthest from their minds.

It is now worldwide grief.

All I can feel is Nobody knows but Jesus. “Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows”

This is President Obama’s statement about CT shooting.

Last year there were 14,612 murders in the U.S. 40 a day. The number has not been below 14,000 since 1968.

Surely something has to change.

In this somber time there isn’t a lot we can say.

This is what the LORD says: “A voice is heard in Ramah, mourning and great weeping, Rachel weeping for her children and refusing to be comforted, because her children are no more.”

Please let’s join in praying for the families and loved ones affected by the devastating tragedy in Newtown, Connecticut. We are standing with you for healing and comfort!

May the tragedy remind us to continue to love our kids and never stop telling them and showing them.

Stay Safe and God Bless You today!
